Now that the price has been lowered, and is now a “more modest” $24 million, definitely worth considering:
“A master bedroom in the penthouse in the Clarendon at 137 Riverside Drive, once owned by William Randolph Hearst. After coming on the market a year ago for $38 million, the asking price is now a more modest $24 million.”
